Returns and Refunds
Returns are available only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at refunds@craftingbenchgames.com within 14 days of receipt. Include a detailed description of the issue along with photos in standard formats (JPG or PNG).
Please note that refunds typically cover the item cost only, and shipping costs are generally non-refundable. In cases where our supplier covers shipping costs for defective items, we will pass that refund on to you.
You may also request a refund before your order enters processing. Processing typically starts as soon as possible after your order is placed, so we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately at refunds@craftingbenchgames.com if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds for requests made after the order has begun processing.
