Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at refunds@craftingbenchgames.com within 14 days of receipt. Include a detailed description of the issue along with photos in standard formats (JPG or PNG).
For approved claims, we will refund the item cost or provide a replacement. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable. If a replacement is requested, we will ship the replacement item at no additional charge.
